Uniform

Families are able to order uniform items a number of ways through the Wandong Primary School Uniform Shop. We aim to make the process as quick and easy as possible!

The order form must be accompanied with payment and delivered to the office via your student’s communication pouch or lodged directly at the administration office.

Uniform orders will not be released without payment. All uniform orders will be invoiced and receipted for record on your student account.

Orders cannot be filled ‘on the spot’. Our aim is to fill uniform orders as soon as possible with items delivered to your student through the class tub system soon after. Alternatively, if your item is to be paid for ‘on collection’ we will simply send a note home to the family advising the order is ready at the office for payment and collection.

Due to the very busy nature of the administration office, please be assured that we will endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible.

The administration staff collect lost property items throughout the week and endeavour to return all clearly labelled items to their rightful owners, either via the students directly or the class-tub communication system. Please ensure that your items are clearly labelled.

All uniform items unable to be returned because they are not named, will be held for a period of two weeks, they will then be donated to our second hand stall.

We will hold second-hand uniform stalls intermittently throughout the year and welcome donations that are in good condition to support our school community. If you require assistance with second items prior to a stall, please contact our administration staff.

Please remember that in terms one and four, broad brimmed navy hats are compulsory and are readily available from the
Uniform Shop for $10.00. Bucket hats and legionnaire hats are not acceptable, as per our policy. In the event that your student does not have a hat, he/she will be required to stay undercover in the shade of the trees or verandas during breaks and outdoor activities.

Families are also reminded, as per item 9 of our uniform policy, that tights and leggings are not acceptable under our summer dress.

The uniform shop has supplies of the Home Reader carry case for $15.00. The bags are encouraged for all students at Wandong Primary School. The bags are durable and protect school books and important notes in transit to and from school.
